RULES, FAQ, & GENERAL INFO

SITIHIR is an invite-only musebox-style roleplay featuring a large city surrounded by a wall of thousands of doors, each leading to another dimension—the home universes of its visitors. Characters can come and go as they please between their worlds, the world of Sitihir, and other worlds by simply stepping through a door. The game itself is a casual, mostly unmoderated setup that relies on its players to expand the world and create activities and plots. ♧ INVITE ONLY Only current members can invite new players. Please ask one of the admins before extending an invitation. We will probably say yes, but ask first anyway, as we reserve the right to deny a request. Muns must be 18 years of age or older. PM programmers or ask the admins in private to ask about invites. ♧ THE GOLDEN RULE Be nice, be kind, and treat people the way you would want to be treated. If you have a problem with something someone says or does, bring it up with them politely and privately, and if you can't resolve it then just ignore each other. We reserve the right to ask troublemakers to leave, but as everyone is expected to act like an adult here, that shouldn't even be an issue. ♧ ANYTHING GOES You can play fandom characters, AUs, OCs, real people, DWRP imports, whatever. Just don't be an idiot. Anyone can play a character, which means there will probably be multiples running around. You can have as much sex as you want with whoever you want. You don't need our permission to set up a big plot or any plot, really. Just don't godmode other people's characters. Suggested posting formats include mingle posts, private posts between two or more characters, internet posts... whatever basically. Internet access is available and encouraged but there is no "IC network" nor is anyone gonna get a free iPhone. Just be sure your posts are properly labeled, as everything goes into one comm. ♧ THIS IS A HOBBY, NOT A JOB That means there is no activity requirement, no HMD, and no minimal participation. Just keep your own limitations and interests in mind when making plans, and keep your fellow players' fun in mind as well. ♧ "SOMEONE IS PLAYING A FICTIONAL CHARACTER IN A WAY I DON'T LIKE!"/"I HAVE SOME OTHER UTTERLY INCONSEQUENTIAL PROBLEM!" Talk to the other person involved. If nothing changes and you're still mad about it, go outside. ♧ TAG YOUR POSTS If you make a post or comment into a post, please tag it with your character's name. ♧ USE THE OOC COMM (IF YOU WANT) Plurk is fine and all but talking to people in the OOC comm is nice too. There will be a tag for big chat posts that we will frequently encourage to get players to talk with each other in. The IC community is sitihir and the OOC community is metaworlds. ♧ WHERE ARE THE MODS? Aside from letting people into the comms and kicking this off, there really won't be much moderation, hence the term "admins". Plot will be player-generated.
